Data yang Kami Simpan di MEA Hub

Data We Store in MEA Hub

Selain data dasar akun (email, nama, foto profil), MEA Hub menyimpan informasi tambahan berikut:

✓Username — ditetapkan otomatis saat pertama daftar, bisa diubah dengan batas waktu tertentu

✓Nama tampilan — bisa diubah kapan saja dari pengaturan akun

✓Avatar — foto profil yang bisa diubah atau dihapus kapan saja

✓Pesan Workspace — pesan yang dikirim dalam sesi chat atau workspace grup

✓Catatan Vault — catatan teks pribadi yang kamu simpan sendiri

✓Notifikasi login — disimpan selama 1 tahun lalu dihapus otomatis

✓Notifikasi lainnya — disimpan sampai fitur penghapusan mandiri tersedia

In addition to basic account data (email, name, profile photo), MEA Hub stores the following additional information:

✓Username — automatically assigned at first signup, changeable with a cooldown period

✓Display name — can be changed anytime from account settings

✓Avatar — profile photo that can be changed or deleted at any time

✓Workspace messages — messages sent in chat sessions or group workspaces

✓Vault notes — personal text notes you save yourself

✓Login notifications — stored for 1 year then automatically deleted

✓Other notifications — stored until a self-deletion feature becomes available

Workspace & Chat

Workspace adalah ruang kolaborasi di MEA Hub — bisa berupa percakapan langsung (1-on-1) atau grup. Pesan yang dikirim disimpan di server kami secara real-time.

Siapa yang bisa membaca pesanmu?

✓Pengirim dan penerima pesan (untuk percakapan 1-on-1)

✓Seluruh member workspace (untuk percakapan grup)

✗Pengguna lain di luar workspace tersebut

Saat ini belum ada fitur hapus pesan. Pesan yang sudah terkirim akan tetap tersimpan meskipun kamu keluar dari workspace atau menghapus akun. Kami akan menambahkan fitur ini di pembaruan mendatang.

Siapa saja bisa membuat workspace — baik pengguna biasa, admin, maupun owner.

Workspace is a collaboration space in MEA Hub — it can be a direct conversation (1-on-1) or a group. Messages sent are stored on our servers in real-time.

Who can read your messages?

✓The sender and recipient (for 1-on-1 conversations)

✓All workspace members (for group conversations)

✗Other users outside that workspace

There is currently no message deletion feature. Sent messages will remain stored even if you leave the workspace or delete your account. We will add this feature in a future update.

Anyone can create a workspace — regular users, admins, and owners alike.

Stream

Stream adalah papan pengumuman dan update di MEA Hub. Saat ini stream bersifat privat — hanya pengguna yang sudah login yang dapat melihat kontennya.

Post di Stream dibuat oleh admin dan owner untuk menyampaikan pemberitahuan resmi kepada seluruh pengguna MEA Hub.

Pengguna biasa saat ini tidak dapat membuat post di Stream — hanya dapat membacanya.

Stream is the announcement board and updates feed in MEA Hub. Currently stream is private — only logged-in users can view its content.

Posts on Stream are created by admins and owners to deliver official announcements to all MEA Hub users.

Regular users currently cannot create posts on Stream — they can only read them.

Vault

Vault adalah ruang penyimpanan catatan pribadi di MEA Hub. Saat ini Vault hanya mendukung teks biasa — tidak ada lampiran, gambar, atau file.

Penting: Jangan simpan informasi sensitif di Vault seperti password, PIN, nomor kartu kredit, atau data identitas pribadi. Vault belum dirancang sebagai pengelola kata sandi.

✗Jangan simpan data orang lain tanpa izin mereka

Vault is a personal note storage space in MEA Hub. Currently Vault only supports plain text — no attachments, images, or files.

Important: Do not store sensitive information in Vault such as passwords, PINs, credit card numbers, or personal identity data. Vault is not designed as a password manager.

Tools Bawaan MEA Hub

MEA Hub Built-in Tools

MEA Hub menyediakan beberapa tools ringan yang berjalan sepenuhnya di browser kamu. Artinya, data yang kamu masukkan ke tools ini tidak pernah dikirim ke server kami.

Semua pemrosesan terjadi di perangkatmu sendiri. Kami tidak menyimpan, membaca, atau mengakses data apapun yang kamu gunakan di fitur tools ini — kecuali kami memberitahukan perubahan kebijakan ini secara eksplisit.

MEA Hub provides some lightweight tools that run entirely in your browser. This means data you enter into these tools is never sent to our servers.

All processing happens on your own device. We do not store, read, or access any data you use in these tool features — unless we explicitly notify you of a policy change.

Penghapusan Akun & Data

Account & Data Deletion

Kamu bisa menghapus akun MEA Hub melalui halaman pengaturan di MEA Account Center. Setelah permintaan penghapusan diajukan:

✓Akses ke seluruh layanan langsung diblokir

✓Data akan dihapus permanen dari database maksimal dalam 3 bulan

✓Catatan Vault akan ikut terhapus

Pesan di Workspace akan tetap tersimpan setelah penghapusan akun karena masih terikat dengan percakapan pengguna lain. Fitur penghapusan pesan mandiri sedang dalam pengembangan.

You can delete your MEA Hub account through the settings page in MEA Account Center. After a deletion request is submitted:

✓Access to all services is immediately blocked

✓Data will be permanently deleted from the database within a maximum of 3 months

✓Vault notes will also be deleted

Workspace messages will remain stored after account deletion as they are tied to other users' conversations. A self-deletion feature for messages is under development.
