Syarat & Ketentuan Terms of Service

Dokumen ini melengkapi Syarat & Ketentuan MEA Ecosystem dengan ketentuan khusus untuk fitur-fitur MEA Link. This document supplements the MEA Ecosystem Terms of Service with terms specific to MEA Link features.

Konten yang Kamu Publikasikan

Content You Publish

MEA Link memberimu platform untuk membangun identitas digital. Kamu bertanggung jawab penuh atas seluruh konten yang kamu tampilkan — baik di Link Bio, CV Online, maupun Portofolio.

✓Tampilkan informasi yang akurat dan jujur tentang dirimu
✓Gunakan karya dan foto yang kamu miliki haknya
✗Jangan menyamar atau berpura-pura menjadi orang lain
✗Jangan mencantumkan informasi palsu atau menyesatkan
✗Jangan menampilkan karya orang lain tanpa izin atau atribusi yang tepat
✗Jangan menyertakan tautan ke konten berbahaya, ilegal, atau spam

MEA Link gives you a platform to build your digital identity. You are fully responsible for all content you display — in Link Bio, Online CV, and Portfolio.

✓Display accurate and honest information about yourself
✓Use work and photos that you own the rights to
✗Do not impersonate or pretend to be someone else
✗Do not include false or misleading information
✗Do not display others' work without permission or proper attribution
✗Do not include links to harmful, illegal, or spam content

Custom Slug

Custom Slug

Kamu bisa memilih slug custom untuk halamanmu — misalnya mealink.my.id/namakamu.

✓Slug bersifat unik — satu slug hanya bisa digunakan satu akun
✗Jangan gunakan slug yang meniru merek, tokoh publik, atau organisasi yang bukan milikmu
✗Jangan gunakan slug yang mengandung kata-kata ofensif atau tidak pantas

Kami berhak meninjau dan mengubah slug yang melanggar ketentuan ini.

You can choose a custom slug for your page — for example mealink.my.id/yourname.

✓Slugs are unique — one slug can only be used by one account
✗Do not use slugs that mimic brands, public figures, or organizations that are not yours
✗Do not use slugs containing offensive or inappropriate words

We reserve the right to review and change slugs that violate these terms.

Tanggung Jawab Konten Publik

Public Content Responsibility

CV Online dan Portofolio bersifat publik begitu kamu menyimpannya. Dengan menyimpan konten tersebut, kamu menyatakan bahwa:

✓Kamu memahami bahwa konten tersebut dapat dilihat oleh siapa saja yang memiliki link
✓Kamu bertanggung jawab atas informasi yang kamu pilih untuk dipublikasikan
✓Kamu memiliki hak untuk mempublikasikan semua konten yang kamu masukkan

Fitur mode privat untuk CV dan Portofolio sedang dalam pengembangan. Sampai saat itu, berhati-hatilah dengan informasi kontak dan data pribadi yang kamu masukkan.

Online CV and Portfolio are public as soon as you save them. By saving this content, you declare that:

✓You understand that the content can be seen by anyone with the link
✓You are responsible for the information you choose to publish
✓You have the right to publish all content you enter

Private mode for CV and Portfolio is under development. Until then, be careful with contact information and personal data you enter.

Moderasi Konten

Content Moderation

Kami berhak meninjau dan menonaktifkan konten yang melanggar ketentuan ini atau yang dilaporkan oleh pengguna lain. Ini termasuk:

✗Konten yang mengandung penipuan atau impersonasi
✗Tautan ke situs berbahaya atau phishing
✗Konten yang melanggar hak cipta pihak lain

Jika kontenmu dinonaktifkan, kami akan memberitahu melalui email yang terdaftar.

We reserve the right to review and deactivate content that violates these terms or is reported by other users. This includes:

✗Content containing fraud or impersonation
✗Links to harmful or phishing sites
✗Content that infringes others' copyrights

If your content is deactivated, we will notify you via your registered email.
